You can pick up the van at Alghero Airport for free. If you need the van at another airport, transfer service is provided, but only when possible. Please send us a request email.
Check-in is at the time of your arrival. In case of overlap between your check-in and the previous check-out, you can pick up the van within 2pm.
Check-out is always before 11am.

All of them are Diesel.
In case of engine failure, you must contact us immediately. Once the damage has been established, we will act accordingly. Example: if the damage is not caused by you and the van must be stopped for days we refund the remaining amount of the rental as we don’t have a replacement van.
In the event of an accident you must immediately inform us. If your responsibility is established, you have to pay for covering the damage.
Yes, you can pay it by credit card.
The balance of the rental can be paid by credit card, cash or PayPal at your arrival time. Instead the security deposit only by PayPal or Bank Transfer at pick up time or the day before.

Free camping is forbidden, but it’s well tolerated. We’ll suggest you all the spots where you can stay overnight and nice camper parks. Off season you can camp almost everywhere.
